Role Overview
We're looking for a talented Principal Product Designer to lead the design of thoughtful, scalable, and impactful digital products. In this position, you'll help define product experiences, establish design direction, and solve complex user and business challenges. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape product strategy while setting a high standard for usability, consistency, and visual quality.
Responsibilities
Lead the design direction for complex products and high-impact user experiences.
Define product experiences from early concepts through final implementation.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and leadership to shape product strategy.
Establish and evolve scalable design systems, patterns, and design standards.
Conduct research and use user insights to guide product decisions.
Identify complex user problems and develop clear, scalable design solutions.
Mentor designers and provide thoughtful feedback to strengthen the design team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in product design or a related design role.
Proven experience designing complex web and mobile digital products.
Strong understanding of UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
Experience leading design projects from concept through implementation.
Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and executive leadership teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
