Role Overview
We're looking for a talented Product Designer to create thoughtful, intuitive, and visually engaging digital products. In this position, you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and turn ideas into meaningful product experiences. You'll help shape product direction while ensuring usability, consistency, and a polished visual experience across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Design user-centered digital products from initial concepts through final implementation.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
Conduct user research and use feedback to improve product experiences.
Design intuitive interactions, navigation, and responsive layouts.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Review existing products and identify opportunities for usability and visual improvements.
Create clear design documentation and specifications for development teams.
Stay current with emerging product design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in product design or a related design role.
Strong proficiency in Figma and modern product design tools.
Experience designing web and mobile digital products.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.
Understanding of responsive design and developer handoff workflows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
